Aerial hoop technique and creative movement

The Aerial Hoop Workshop is a 3-hour session designed for aerialists who are looking to deepen their technical skills and explore creative movements on the hoop. This workshop is ideal for participants with previous aerial experience who are ready to push their boundaries.
We will focus on two key areas:
- First Half: Develop strength and control, working on fundamental aerial hoop movements and dynamic sequences.
- Second Half: Explore spinning techniques and smooth transitions through creative combinations, balancing power with grace.
The session will be split into these phases to ensure participants build a strong technical foundation while also exploring artistic expression. There will be a 15-minute break for rest and refreshment.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable long sportswear
- Water and optional snacks for the break
- Personal aerial hoop (optional)
Price:
- €85 per person, payable in cash or via PayPal.
