You made it here – we like you already!
The Katapult project would not survive without the massive amount of effort put in by volunteers. Whether it be renovating, cleaning, working at the door or the bar, doing lights or sound for a show, performing, teaching, organising, or something else, hundreds of people have already put their time and energy into this project, and the beauty of it is, the more people who get involved, the less of a burden it is on any one person.
Still, coordinating something as big as this is a full time job. As Katapult expands, we are looking for energetic new team members to join us in our fancy new office.
If you see something you like, send an email to: email@example.com stating which role you are applying for. Please include your CV and any further information that you feel will be helpful for your application.
We’re looking forward to meeting you.
We need more people to help out with the day to day running of the Katapult project. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic interns to support whichever team member needs them at that moment. These positions are unpaid, but they will get you free training, and a variety of other benefits.

Speaking English and German. Any other languages = extra win.
Living, or willing to live, in Berlin.
Able to work at least 20 hours a week, for a period of twelve months.
Interested in contemporary performance art.
Design skills a strong plus.
What we offer
Work at the cutting edge of contemporary performance art.
Private research/creation time (if available).

Highly varied. You should be ready for anything!
As mentioned above – volunteers are the life blood of the Katapult project. Only the support of the community allows a project like this to exist. If you’re up for giving us your time to help out at a show, or to distribute publicity, or to clean, or in some other way that you can suggest, we want to hear from you.
What we offer
Nothing but being part of the team, and a warm glow in your heart knowing that you are supporting the awesome community of artists that exists in Berlin.
Whatever you choose to make them.
