Description: The main objective is the work of links and assembly of smooth rope sequences. We are looking for through the sequences address different content where we can merge dynamic tricks, throws and figures. Looking for each person to generate their own unique language in the element giving different shades, energy and colors to the sequences.
We begin with a warm-up doing exercises of proprioception and recognition of the space. Then activation of the center by muscular chains. We will focus on the upper body, tractions, pushes, maintenance, grip and stability. Also postural exercises like vertical and power exercises such as slides, spins, and jumps. Leaving the body warm available and at the service of the rope. We will use an elastic band and yoga heels.
