The workshop is an immersion in the world of puppetry. We will work on the fundamental techniques of manipulation and relationship between manipulator and puppet and on how to initiate communication by using fortuitous gesture.
Furthermore we will examine how to create our own monsters when studying the matter and the dynamics of the object. This laboratory is also an introduction to the laboratory “Nature morte”, planned for the autumn 2020, during which we will work on the relationship between living matter and dead matter. From the puppet to the manikin.
