This intensive poi juggling workshop is aiming to give the participants tools to progress with poi juggling, through the practice and decomposition of foundational patterns.
The focus will be centered on clearly defining and implementing the foundational concepts behind poi juggling,
Using the no beat technique as well as other patterns and approaches.
Level:
The participants are expected to be comfortable with 2 poi juggling and/or 3 ball juggling with a desire to learn 3 poi juggling and/or improve their 3 poi juggling technique.
Staff and club jugglers are also welcome as most exercises will be transferable to clubs and staves.
