Call for submissions: “Rohmaterial” 2025
Katapult launched a new format called “Rohmaterial” to showcase early-stage circus or interdisciplinary shows. We’re looking for 2-3 shows (20-30 minutes each) for two dates in the second half of 2025. The show can be a work-in-progress or an excerpt, but we require a full-length video.
Shows with 1-3 performers can apply. The salary will be 310€ net per person. After the show, we offer a guided feedback round with the audience and the chance to incorporate this feedback during rehearsal in our space free of charge during two days (á 5 hours) in the following week.
The call is mainly targeted to all Berlin-based artists due to budget reasons. BIPoC, queer and artists with disabilities are very welcome to apply.
Germany-based and international artists may apply. Please be aware though, that Katapult can’t pay travel costs or accommodation.
- Deadline: 30.06.2025 for shows in August and October.
First date: 23.08.2025
Second date: 25.10.2025
You will receive a response one week after the deadline.
