Vertical Rope Class with Sarah Goody / Seil ist Geil

Vertical Rope Class:
The syllabus for this course will revolve around the foundations of rope work, individual tricks, and progressive sequencing, culminating in the creation of a number(s).
This means we will work both technically and creatively, focusing on seamless transitions between tricks while honoring the rhythm and flow of our music.
While drop-ins are welcome and will be integrated into the process at whatever stage it is at the moment, those who attend weekly will gain the most benefit. For this reason, the course is discounted when you purchase a 10-class card.
Pricing:
- 10-class card: €190
- Drop-in: €22
- Trial class: €20
Note: The 10-class card must be used within three months of purchase. For example, if purchased on 15.04, it is valid until 15.07. If a class is canceled for any reason, the validity will automatically be extended by one week.
Level: You must have at least one year of experience on a vertical apparatus (e.g., rope or silks) or permission from the instructor. This is not a beginner-level class.

JAM: After class there will be a jam from 21:00-22:00. Everyone is invited to stay or only join for the jam. Participation in the jam is possible via Urban Sports or a 5€ contribution.
