“Introduction to Aerials” with Sarah Goody / Seil ist Geil

During this 12-week course, you will be introduced to the world of aerial acrobatics by learning the basics on both a vertical apparatus (silks) and a bar apparatus (trapeze). We will progressively build a foundation in hanging from our hands, inverting in space, and finding balance and stability in the air. You will learn how to stabilize and move while airborne and discover many new muscles along the way. You will also put your new skills to the test with a variety of fun poses and pathways. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone interested in gaining strength and confidence in a unique way.
Note: this class is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to join.
