This workshop is designed for people who are interested in all type of practices involving a body in relationship with object(s) or the opposite.
We will explore the body in many ways with and without objects to have a better understanding of how we can play with it.
We will learn and practice many basics about object manipulation: one ball, one hoop, one stick or club, one shoe, one body.
We will learn and practice many advanced technics like basics.
We will repeat many things.
We will work. A lot.
Bring clothes where you feel confortable moving everywhere. And that you could bring on stage.
