In this session, we will go deeper into the Windstyle practice in terms of technique, requirement, and meaning; getting closer to the way that Aragorn and his company are regularly practicing it in life, and using it in their artistic works.
Indeed, born 15 years ago, the Windstyle tends to become a lifelong practice that shows no limit in progression or benefits so far. Always centered around the basics of fluidity and flow of the movement, at this step, the practice encloses more discipline, more opening, more awareness activated, to sharpen the tool for self-progress.
At this step, we will invoke infinity, harmony, and inner peace. We will seek deeper in our behaviour and reflexes. To attend this workshop you must have been through a Windstyle level 1, or ask AragoRn directly to apply.
