Dynamic rope workshop with Yiaki

In this workshop, following a proper warm up and body activation on the floor and afterwards on the rope, we will begin with some static movements and conditioning exercises. Then, we will use beats to approach these positions and by using the momentum, we will work on creating dynamic combos on the rope. Furthermore, we will analyze the spinning technique and the rolling up technique, static and dynamic.
About Yiaki
She has delved into dynamic movement by attending classes and workshops worldwide. As an instructor, she places great emphasis on both static and dynamic techniques, believing that a better and more comprehensive approach to dynamic movements is achieved through the understanding and mastery of many positions in the air. She has taught workshops in many European countries, as well as in Turkey, Argentina, Uruguay, and Costa Rica. Her base is in Athens, where she has opened her own school, Momentum Aerial Acrobatics.
