A FIVE DAY WORKSHOP WITH ARAGORN ‘BISHOP’ BOULANGER

AragoRn Boulanger a.k.a BishoP will share his technical development of waving through what’s called « WindStyle ». This technique is based on three principals used to explore and master the circulation of movement through, and inside the physical body. Through the learning of the basic movement and shapes we will focus on listening, and being in an attention, to let resonate a flow. This work tends to free a movement that flows and helps to recover some harmony.
