It’s open to all levels and the content can be personalized based on your specific learning goals ensuring you learn exactly what you want. Wheter you’re starting with hula hoop or looking to refine your skills.
Come learn foundational moves and exciting juggling and trick-based skills of hula hoop in a fun, supportive and friendly environment.

You don’t need to bring your own hoop but if you have please bring them!
