Build, Destroy and Rebuild – Tiphaine Rochais & Daniele Sorisi

Acrobatic and hand to hand research Lab with Tiphaine Rochais and Daniele Sorisi
9-10 November, 2019
Wilhelminenhofstr 91, 12459 Berlin

The goal of this workshop is to learn new techniques and ways to create acrobatic material alone, in couple or in groups.

The aim is to increase our vocabulary of movements. To do so, we will learn or relearn the basics of the movements, and then focus on how to brake those basics using the personal characteristics of our body, our creativity and our potential.

We will also explore hand to hand technics and search new ways of carrying the others. We will look into new concepts to start and finish an acrobatic movement in couple or groups.

The movements will be simple and will help us to discover a surprising way of researching. We advice to come with a minimum base of movements, but above all, with energy and wish to explore, because that is what we really need!
