Global Staff Juggling – Romain ‘Meast’ Marguaritte

Three days of staff juggling with Romain ‘Meast’ Marguaritte
14-16 June, 2019
Wilhelminenhofstr 91, 12459 Berlin

During these three days of intensive training we’ll go through the basics of Staff juggling, exploring different techniques as throws, contact and manipulation progressively with one staff, two then three staffs. We’ll focus firstly on moves specific to the staff object and on the body movement coming along the object, then the last day on 3 staff juggling advance focusing on the basic cascades (throws and contact) then on sequences mixing the different concepts we explored the days before.

All these exercises will give you a solid foundation for your practice and a global overview of the different concept of moves specific to the staff.

Romain ‘Meast’ Marguaritte
“In love with juggling for more than 15 years, I have been sharing, performing and teaching my practice all arround the world for the last 10 years. I started naturaly attracted by the staff then progressed to contact ball, club manipulation and ball juggling in order to extend my juggling and body move language.

Before this juggling journey, since very young, I have been practicing martial arts and acrobatics which is how I started to manipulate sticks and fall in love with movement and manipulation.

As a graphic designer, I pay a lot of attention to the object trajectory and the body movements involved to create the patterns. My first interest is focused on this “body/object” relation and its visual impact.”
