The workshop is for beginners to the technique or for intermediates that want to expand their physical vocabulary and approach.
The aim is to creat a safe environment for practicing the hair suspension with the approach of a collective ritual.
We will work on
– preparing and strengthening the body for receiving the technique
– the hair-do
– mental preparation (collective breathing & voice releasing)
– movement qualities
– flexibility postures
– collective and autonomous exercises while hanged
