Three days of dance contact with Sharon Fridman

In this workshop we will share the most relevant aspects of the contact as a method of scenic composition with participants. Sharon has been working with these aspects throughout his career as a philosophical approach to the understanding of human relations. The workshop is organized around the analysis of questions that Sharon is dealing with in his work and how we can execute and reveal new answers. Concepts such as organic, need, instability, fall, cooperation and support (the basis of Sharon’s creations) will rule the development of working session.
Sharon Fridman’s work is based on three fundamental pillars: the language of contact, the social dimension of dance and the break of the fourth wall, looking for new ways to connect further with the audience, incorporating it to the piece and making dance a personal experience for them as well.
