We would like to invite you to the upcoming Handstand Meeting at Katapult in Berlin.
What to expect from this Handstand Meeting? It’s simply an informal meet-up and a weekend on which we can gather to exchange, train and share techniques. There are no planned workshops. This means you can simply come to hang out with friends, or you could decide to give a workshop on a certain topic.
Training space:
The handstand meeting will take place in Studio 1. The maximum amount of participants for this meeting are 20 people.
Level:
This meeting aims to bring together people with previous experience in handstands. Beginners are welcome too, but because there are no workshops and classes, you have to estimate for yourselves, if you have enough exercises and physical endurance already to join for a full weekend of handstands.
Food: The ticket for this meeting does not include food.
We will have the full space to ourselves: Small kitchen area to warm-up food, get drinks, hang out in the couch area. Katapult has two toilets (one of them is barrier-free) and a shower. Close by you will find a few shops.
Sleeping: We highly recommend to organize sleeping outside of Katapult. Camping inside the hall might be optional in urgent cases.
Props: Feel free to bring your canes, blocks, etc.
